SYNOPSIS
AFTER D!SNEY is a half-hour comedy about two grown-up child actors who played TV sisters on a hit 2000’s Disney show. Now approaching their thirties, Sky has graduated from child stardom into global superstar status, while Maddie is a struggling actor.
It’s like The Other Two, but with heavy 2000’s nostalgia and a female focus. It’s like Broad City, if Abbi and Ilana had been Mouseketeers. It’s like Bojack Horseman but not animated and not depressing.

She’s got the ambition and drive of Al Pacino in a mob movie, but in the body of a Broad City-style millennial mess. She hit her peak fame at 12-years-old playing an American Teen, non-royal sister, Savannah Louisiana, on Disney’s Brats on Board and is struggling to make a comeback.
sky fields (sky): “America’s sweetheart”
A former child star known for playing the British and royal sister on Disney’s Brats on Board, she’s a one-name wonder and beloved pop star, with (let’s be honest) young fans and the gay population. She’s ambitious, but kind, and more than a little tone-deaf after being in the spotlight for so long.
SUPPORTING CHARACTERS
ANDRÈ : Sky’s brother
Fame-hungry TikToker, reality star, and * queer * personality who can’t help but be a tragic figure in his baby sister’s life.
dave park: sky’s boyfriend
He’s a dirty, tattooed stand up comedian currently appearing on a late-night sketch show on Saturday nights. Dating him is the worst thing Sky could do for her fans, but she can’t stop.
craig: maddie’s fiance
Maddie’s college boyfriend (yes, she went to college) and failed musical theatre actor, now the favorite private school history teacher. He’s genuinely nice (ew).
charlie foxsworth: sky’s ex
He’s an Australian heartthrob and action movie star. He loves LA, surfing, and drinking in excess…he IS Australian of course.
edith blau: maddie’s agent
She’s represented Maddie for her entire career of a women’s birth control commercial. She’s a bulldog in an old lady’s spanx.
ryan slate: sky’s publicist
She has perfect highlights, nails, and bag. She’s the first to know who is who, what is what, and why you’re in trouble.
josh judas: Sky and maddie’s former crush
He’s the middle brother (and one of the 2/3 hot brothers) in the Judas Brothers Band. He’s gotten in between Sky and Maddie before as tweens…and will again.
gregg dratch: Sky and Maddie’s TV Dad
He was a prominent 90’s stand up comedian, turned 2000’s TV dad who is much naughtier than he was portrayed on television. Now gaining new fame on the social media.
